What is Alldiscounts?

Alldiscounts is an electronic marketplace that offers the best discounts and amazing promos on goods and services, with cashback benefits to consumers on all purchases.

How Do I Earn Cashback?

  • Start by searching for products or finding a store to shop from.
  • Shop as usual in the marketplace.
  • Pay the discounted prices as shown in the shopping cart.
  • Receive cashback in your wallet.
  • Once order is fulfilled/completed, you can withdraw and or spend the cashback as desired.

How Do I Place an Order?

Once you have found the product you want to buy:
  • Click on ‘Add to Basket’ to add this product to your cart.
  • Click on ‘Cart’ in the top right corner (showing pop up of number of cart items). Click on ‘View Basket’, then enter your location. This step is required because each seller his/her own shipping rate and fulfill orders separately.
  • After viewing your cart contents, click on ‘Proceed to checkout’.
  • Register or log into your existing account by entering your email and password.
  • Enter your shipping and billing information. Ensure that your address is complete and accurate.
  • Choose your preferred payment option (Paga, Card or Bank tranfer).
  • Click on ‘Place order’ to complete your order.
Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it by notifying you via email, or call you for confirmation.

How Do I Track My Order?

We will send you regular updates about the status of your order via emails and SMS, once your order is on its way to you. You can also check the status of your order on the ‘Track Your Order’ page, using your Order ID and billing email.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

To cancel an order, you can:
  • Call Customer Care, with your order ID and billing email on hand.
  • Send your order ID and billing email to helpdesk@alldiscounts.ng, with ‘Cancel Order’ as the subject.
Please note that orders that have been shipped/completed cannot be canceled. Kindly reject the order once you are called by a fulfillment associate or delivery agent.

Can I Pay Cash on Delivery?

Cash payment is not a supported payment option in the Alldiscounts Marketplace. All customers are required to make payment as part of placing their orders. You can pay using cards or bank transfer.

What is Alldiscounts Return Policy?

Alldiscounts merchants have their respective policies regarding returns and refunds. Shoppers are advised to take a closer look at each store for the merchants’ policies when placing orders.
However, Alldiscounts has its general terms for return policy:
Shoppers can initiate a return within 3 working days for eligible items, if they receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item. When returning an item, shoppers must ensure that all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and the item (s) is in its original packaging. If a shopper has created a password on an electronic or mobile device that he wishes to return, s/he must ensure that it is removed, otherwise the return will be invalid.
When a shopper rejects his/her order for reasons (outside of the valid conditions for return) at the point of delivery, the shipping partner shall return it to the Alldiscounts station. The shopper shall be refunded the value of the order, less the shipping cost associated with the return.

I have questions/issues about my cashback. What do I do?

Send an email with ‘Cashback’ as subject, to helpdesk@alldiscounts.ng or call our customer care with your order ID and billing email on hand.

When do I receive my cashback?

After product delivery or service redemption is completed, your cashback will be paid to you through Paga, using your phone number.

How do I access my cashback?

To access your cashback in Paga, you must complete your KYC using this link www.mypaga.com/kyc After completing the KYC, you have freedom to spend from your wallet, transfer to your bank account or withdraw cash from ATMs across Nigeria.

The wallet balance on the site is different from my Paga balance

The balance on the Alldiscounts site is simply a log of all cashback payments received till date. It is a cummulative balance. For your actual cashback balance, kindly refer to your Paga wallet.

Can Someone Else Receive my Order for me?

Yes, it is possible. Simply give your valid ID and Order ID, to the person receiving the order on your behalf.

Are Alldiscounts sellers genuine?

At Alldiscounts, we make concerted efforts to verify all sellers in our marketplace. In so doing, we guarantee that sellers are genuine and committed to growing their businesses.
